Dr Mott, was the best! She was very personable and thorough in explaining and teaching me about things going on in my pregnancy. And was able To explain in a way that was more suitable for me. She answered all of my questions, ensuring that I didn’t leave the office with any unanswered questions. I would recommend her services to anyone! My experience couldn’t have been any better.

Wow. Was so disappointed with this place. Kassie King is terrible. I made an appointment for my annual and not sure what happened. Sat for 2 hrs. Went back to discuss some issue with menopause I am having. She literally spent 5 minutes with me and ask me what I thought I needed. Really?? Sorry but aren't you the doctor ? And then said ok you we finished. I will call something in. So no hormone testing or anything? Didn't even do my annual. Set that up for May. I learned more about menopause from Google then this lady. Maybe I should have printed it out for her for her next patient. She was in and out so fast I felt like a turn style. Definitely will try elsewhere..

Tammie Mott all day every day 🫶🏾informative, on point and caring! Dr.Stephen was great too . However, the front office staff excluding one person is Ill mannered! They close windows in your faces, if you are late they refuse to let you see the doctor (and when I get there before time I have to sit and wait,but was refused services twice for being 10 mins late ). They need training they are the problem. The doctors are awesome and professional 💯

The providers are great. I love the doctors and the midwifes and nurse practitioners. Which is why I have two stars at least. I have been with them my first pregnancy. This is my second. Their front desk/reception area is a mess. Rude. Unprofessional. Completely lacking in hospitable service. Last week, I was at work and having severe abdominal cramps where I couldn’t walk or perform my job while I was cramping. I was 11 weeks at the time. I called their nurses line twice. I left a message the second time and waited 30 minutes before calling Gulf Coast ER to get a professional opinion on if I should go to the ER, which they said I should. Given that AAW is right next to Gulf coast, I stopped there on my way because I felt more comfortable having my personal provider or another provider at my OBGYN give their opinion before spending hundreds to go to the ER and wasting the time of the ER when there may be people with more serious concerns. When I got to reception, I explained to the lady at the desk my situation and she responded “Well that’s what the nurses line is for. You should’ve called.” I told her I did call. Twice. And left a message and got no response. And told her that since they were right here I wanted to try to stop in. The lady responded “All of our practioners are busy and don’t have time to see you right now. You’ll have to wait.” I understand they’re busy and I value every patients’ time with their doctor. However I fail to see how a checkup wouldn’t allow them to step out for less than five minutes to hear me out when I’m terrified I’m miscarrying and determine if further action was needed there or if I needed to go straight to the ER. Also given that during several of my appointments, providers have had to step out for something. The way the receptionist responded makes me concerned for the well-being of my unborn child and made me feel like I was not a concern to them since I hadn’t paid money for an appointment that day which at that point I would’ve gladly paid to be seen if that were the case. And also, given that every other person in the reception office within my sight stopped to listen to the conversation we were having, it also felt very unprofessional from the others. And to top it all off, nobody ever returned by phone call. Not by end of day. And here a week later, still no call. It seems to me that they need new staff at their front desk as the majority of the bad reviews are because of them. And just to make clear, had I had something go wrong, I would have filed charges for medical neglect at that point.

Called this morning due to waking up with brown tinged discharge in my second trimester. I’m also advanced maternal age. So, super worried, I set an alarm to call the office a bit after they opened. Nurse line didn’t answer but the recording said if I left a message my call would be returned by the end of the business day. So I called the main number just to get someone on the line. Explained my problem in short, and the girl said “let me transfer you to the nurse line.” I told her I had just hung up from there and that no one answered. She asked if I left a message. I told her “no, the recording said I would get a call back BY THE END OF THE DAY.” She said “ yea, IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE.” I was like “okay, I was just thinking maybe I should seek help sooner than the end of the day, just in case.” She got frustrated with me, and maybe there was a miscommunication happening, but weren’t going to get anywhere, so I told her to just transfer me. She went ahead, but before transferring goes “ LORD!” I chose this place because of reviews and family going there, but come on. This is a pretty specific patient population, women and babies. The lack of customer care and empathy for a patient worried about her baby. Granted the nurse called back within 15 minutes or so, told me not to worry about it unless it becomes bright red. It was just a bad experience and I don’t want to go back. There’s been multiple red flags since the first appointment, but I think I’ve had enough. There’s got to be better women’s healthcare in Panama City or surrounding areas.
